The Stella proves that true luxury doesn’t require diamonds. When designing this iconic piece, Baresi & Caine drew inspiration from Michelangelo’s masterful detailing on St. Peter’s Basilica, where form and light come together in perfect harmony.

 

Rather than embellish the bezel and caseback with gemstones, they sculpted the screws into smooth, dome-like forms—engineered to reflect light beautifully, replicating the subtle brilliance of diamonds through craftsmanship alone. Every element was refined with intention, including the crown, which was carefully reduced in size to sit flush within its protectors.

 

This seamless alignment not only enhances comfort and wearability, but also reinforces the watch’s architectural purity—where nothing is added without purpose, and nothing is left to chance.
