1. Deposit Policy All bespoke orders placed with Baresi & Caine require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order placement. This deposit secures the production slot, covers initial design preparation, and allows for the sourcing and allocation of materials specifically for the commissioned timepiece. Due to the bespoke nature of each order, this deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.  2. Lead Times Each Baresi & Caine timepiece is handcrafted to the client’s specifications. Standard lead times are as follows:  Stainless Steel Timepieces: Approximately 1 month from the receipt of deposit.  Precious Metal Timepieces: Approximately 3–4 months from the receipt of deposit.  Lead times may vary depending on the complexity of the design or availability of specific materials. Clients will be informed of any anticipated delays at the earliest opportunity.  3. Balance Payment The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon completion of the timepiece and prior to shipping or collection. No timepiece will be released until final payment has been received and cleared.  4. Cancellations & Refunds As each watch is individually commissioned and custom-made, cancellations after the deposit has been placed are not eligible for a refund.  5. Delivery Delivery will be arranged following receipt of the final payment. Clients will be notified once their timepiece has passed final inspection and is ready to ship.
