Sportivo RB9
During the mid‑1980s, Roger Burnett emerged as a pioneering force in British motorcycle racing—making history as the first-ever pole sitter in the Superbike World Championship and claiming victory at the legendary Isle of Man TT. His legacy, however, extends far beyond his time on the track.
Today, Burnett remains a driving force in the sport as manager and mentor to WorldSBK rider Ryan Vickers, who competes aboard a Ducati Panigale V4 R for Motocorsa Racing. Their partnership has brought Vickers into the global spotlight, with Burnett’s guidance proving instrumental in his development during his debut season at the world level.

In recognition of Roger Burnett’s enduring influence on and off the track, luxury watchmaker Baresi & Caine crafted the RB9 Sportivo, a timepiece created exclusively in his honor. Roger personally bespoke the watch to reflect his taste—retaining the standard Sportivo screws but elevating the design with a 1-carat diamond crown and a refined white Carrara marble dial resulting in a bold yet elegant statement piece that captures the essence of his racing legacy and personal style.
